So for some reason, after the last OBS update, when I load FPS and am playing Overwatch with it open (not even necessarily recording or streaming) my fps on OBS drops from 60 to around 40, sometimes lower.
In-game FPS stays the same, but obs for some reason is only showing at a very stuttery 40 (which means to me that it is likely dropping from 40, but the fps display can only keep up so much with the fps changes. This happens with overwatch only, no other games have the problem. I've read several different fixes, from turn on V-sync to change Process Priority or Recording/Streaming Profile and/or CPU Usage preset, none have done anything.
I've also tried changing from Game Capture to Window and Monitor capture, the issue still occurs. It even occurs if Overwatch isn't a source in the scene that is being viewed.
