If anyone could help me I would be really grateful. When I am running my stream ingame my fps is runs fine and ping is about the same. Everything is smooth however my stream is dropping 50% of the frames. My CPU % is rarely going above 50%. If someone could find a solution to the issue that would be amazing. Here are the pasted logs of my last stream http://pastebin.com/hDrdfy4G

18:56:21.535: Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 1100 (49.4%)

This is saying your connection is the issue. What is your internet upload speed? (test here)

Also make sure you are using the closest server to you. (assuming you are using twitch)

Ah yes this is the problem. Your internet is about 1.5 Megabits per second while you are trying to stream at 2 Megabits per second.

Sadly, unless you upgrade your internet you will have trouble streaming with anywhere reasonable quality.

I'd recommend changing your bitrate to 1000 MAX, and your resolution to 540p, 480p or maybe even 360p. Also you may want to change your framerate to 25.

With such a low bitrate the stream would look terrible in 720p. I'd recommend playing around with your resolution and CPU preset to get the best looking stream. (The slower the preset, the better the quality) You may have to lower your bitrate even more depending on how much your connection speed varies.
