Bug Report OBS Frame Rate Problems (18.0.2)

Alright so when I'm playing CSGO without OBS it runs just fine I put a cap on my frame rate at 150 and my frames will move between 147-150 and never go under 147 but if I open OBS without recording or streaming CSGO goes straight to -60 and when I look at my computer usage everything (ram, cpu, gpu, etc.) is only using like 25-30%

I'm new to the forums so I have no idea if this is where I'm suppose to post this sorry.
I also just ran OBS for a short time for the log if I need to for longer or anything let me know but it instantly effects my frame rate so I didn't feel that it was necessary.

I have something like that, but except dropping frames for me, everything just starts lagging / freezing on stream for no reason ONLY when launching CS:GO. Worth to mention, that before it was running without any problems and in one day its just started having this issues for no reason (didn't change any settings or anything else).

  • Intel I7 6700K 4.00GHZ
  • 64 Gigs of Ram
  • Nvidia Geforce GTX 980
