Question / Help OBS frame rate issues

Everytime I try to record/stream Hz1z, yeat if I use any other software it records or streams without any issues

You shouldn't put display capture and game capture in the same scene. Also, I don't see you capturing h1z1 in this log, and it looks like everything encoded fine.

If you're only going to be recording, try selecting Hardware (NVENC) or Hardware (QSV) to help with encoding.

You generally don't want to try and stream 1080p 60fps. Especially if you're trying to stream to Twitch. I would recommend either lowering FPS to 30, or resolution to 720p.

Cap in-game frame rate to a reasonable number or sync to 60Hz.
