Question / Help OBS Frame rate issues and Installation issues

When I tried Installing / Updating OBS, I kept getting an error that stated " Can't Write: C:\Program Files (x86)\ obs-studio\obs-plugins\32bit\cef.pak" and idk what that means. Also before the update, my streaming frames were terrible. Idk how to fix this.

I have the same problem but something else. For me it says : can't write : C:\Program Files (x86)\obs-studio\data\obs-plugins\win-capture\graphics-hook64

Reboot PC and try install again.

Well It installed but now I hope the frames come back
