OBS frame loss/low fps when streaming

obs says that i am streaming at 60fps but when i look at the footage it has terrible frame loss, can anyone help me?

let me know if i need to clarify anything.

하지 않고 댓글만 달고 있다고 생각해서 답답해서 가입했습니다.

며칠 전부터 YouTube 전송에서 갑자기 버퍼링 프레임 저하가 발생한 이유를 모르겠습니다.

삭제하고 다시 다운로드해도 동시에 보내지 않고, 싱글로 보내도 다른 플랫폼도 좋지만 프레임 드랍이나 렉이 있는 것은 YouTube만 있습니다.

나는 아무것도 설치하지 않았고 갑자기 작동하지 않았습니다.

OBS 서버가 YouTube와 맞지 않는다고 생각했지만 댓글 수준은 시도조차 하지 않고 답답합니다.

1. you stream at 10000kbps to youtube = 9000kbps is max for 1080p60 (or used to be last time i checked years ago)
2. 14:57:29.085: Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 12051 (38.5%) = your connection cant handle 10mbit/s upload due to insufficent upload bandwidth or distance to youtube server
