Question / Help Obs frame dropping

Hi i need help with obs because im dropping frames and my internet provider said its not my internet because its really fast this is my log.

That log does not include a livestreaming attempt. Also, probably should just upload it as a text file, or to github for ease of reading.

If you are getting framedrops, it is 100% your network connection. If you are trying to stream over wifi, STOP IT. If you're already wired, it is your network connection to the Twitch servers.
