I've been having a problem for a while with OBS. When I have it active for more than 2 hours, the fps will start dropping steadily and never go back up. Say I have it at 60 fps, after 2 hours it will be at 55.6 and then 40 and then 30 until by 6 hours of streaming it is down to 17 or 18 fps. I have checked if my GPU is overheating (or my CPU) but their temperature does not change too drastically.
Here are multiple logs from trying to stream on hitbox and on twitch (too big to post both so I'm sharing pastebin codes):
