i have a dual monitor and on my obs preview the fps is stuttery on my second monitor (even though on streams or recordings the fps is fine) and sometimes on CSGO the fps is stuttery and i have to alt tab multiple times for it to be smooth again, what could be the issue?
ryzen 7 3700x
new 3060 ti 8gb (old 1660ti, same issue too)
32gb ram 3600mhz
