Question / Help OBS FPS Issues

Im having issues i use to stream with 60FPS and now obs cant handle 30fps, My CPU is always at around 1% to 8% and in anygame, even playing Black Mesa I only get 18-25 FPS. I did make a scene with just game capture but it doesnt help.

Just to add tried the 18.0.2 Patch that also didnt help, and tried Nvenc no luck either

try installing previous version. 18.0.1 was giving the same issue to me. I installed 18.0.0 and problem solved

Please post a link to a clean log file. To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.
