Hello,
Last night I tried streaming and noticed that whenever I heard my storage drive ramp up, the preview on OBS started to stutter and the fps counter dropped. This translated to my stream as well. OBS is installed on my C drive, while the drive in question is the D drive. I haven't noticed this issue until last night and I was able to replicate it today by browsing the drive with OBS open.
