Question / Help OBS FPS Drops (Not In-Game FPS)

Hi, I am having an issue that I can't seem to figure out the root cause of. The FPS of OBS (Not my In-Game FPS) is not staying constant. It continually drops down randomly from 30 FPS (the set FPS) to anything below it including .78 and other random FPS numbers. This issue happens both while streaming and not streaming. The OBS FPS drop does NOT affect my In-Game FPS. The only other option I can think of trying is reverting back to a previous version of OBS (currently running 20.1.3).

Glancing through the Log File it looks like I have a lot of failed loadings for modules but I'm not sure if those are pertinent to this issue.
