Question / Help OBS FPS drops , high CPU usage with good CPU.

Hi , i have a i7 8700K and i have a lot of problems with my stream. First of all , the CPU usage is always around 10-20% Wich i dont think it's normal with the OBS settings i have and my FPS aren't stable.

Does the problem persist if you remove your browser sources from all scenes?

No , it doesn't fix it and since tomorrow i have a lot of lag spikes but my FPS are really good. I dont know what is the problem.
