Question / Help OBS fps drop

So I play Minecraft and try recording, but it doesn't work for me. My fps goes from down from 120 fps on my mac to 30 fps at the most. I believe I have all the default settings set, except that I have dark mode so it's easier on my eyes. Thanks! I don't know how to get the log file. If you tell me maybe that would help?

I did and it's less choppier, but I still get 15 fps with fps increasing mods and texture packs. Thanks for the help! If you have any other ideas for boosting my fps that would be great. :D
