Question / Help OBS FPS drop

Hey guys! Somewhat of a newly built PC with a ryzen 1700x, 32gb ddr4 ram and a 1070. The same exact obs settings including all of the scenes ran completely fine on my old pc which was running windows 7 instead of windows 10 like my newer pc.

Completely wiped my pc thinking it was the creators update, but still not getting the output that's intended. Old PC was a 4790k and a r9 270x which should honestly not be running the exact same stream settings better than the newer PC.

This is a result of a GPU overload which is significantly worse on W10 than in 7/8/8.1. Reduce the in-game settings and cap the framerate in-game if reducing settings doesn't help. For more information check the Google docs in my signature.

Appreciate the reply, dug through my log and noticed that also. I finally sat down tonight and went through every possible outlook. Since I'm on a ryzen build and using the elgato hd60 pro, I have to have the capture card inserted into the x8 slot to have it register with the pc, thus lowering my gpu to x8 also. Problem completely fixed once removed from the x8 slot. Sucks that I have to remove my capture card which is used for my camera, but I'll switch back to my c920 until a fix can be found for the elgato/ryzen combo.

On that note though, I'm definitely saving your google doc.
