my connection to the internet is perfect i have a unique issue which is that when i am streaming witcher 3 the game gets very unsmooth to an extent it looks as if its getting stuck, when i look at OBS on the other screen i see fps dropping below 60fps to even 10 at sometimes, i have no idea why its happening.. i am streaming at twitch at 1080p@60 fps on a 5000 bitrate ... i have no dropped frames neither have connection issues nor any buffering issue, all i have this issue in which my stream is stuttering and OBS FPS the heading at the bottom of obs studio on the right of the CPU load percentage bar shows i drop serious FPS .. i have i7 5960x and a 1080Ti..i have attached my log file too

Take my suggestions with a grain of salt. Try the following:

Update to the latest version of OBS.
Disable gameDVR.
Enable VSYNC or limit your ingame frame rate to 60.
Downscale filter can be Bicubic or Lanczos, your choice.

You'd need >10k bitrate for 1080p@60FPS to have a smooth stream with great image quality. I recommend either 720p@60FPS@5500Kbps for smoothness or 1080p@30FPS@6000Kbps if you really prefer higher resolution.

Retest and post log of a streaming or recording session, if you're still having issues.

thanks for your reply i updated to the latest version, disabled windows 10 game mode, my fps are locked at 60 fps because of G sync.. i also choose the lancoz filter.. i tried streaming at 720p @ 60 fps with 6000 bitrate my stream had no frame drops but the OBS fps were never at constant 60 fps... the frames kept on dropping from 60 to literally as below as 10 and the stream would literally be so bad like stutter ... again i have no buffering issue. this never happened before the worst part is i have a 5960x which is quite powerful its like on 30% max load when i am streaming and gaming together ...i uploaded the log file as u asked. i am so sad :(((

I have tried other games than witcher 3 such as Middle earth shadow of war and Assassins creed origins ... this problem is only limited to witcher 3... i am soo upset now ... the worst part is witcher 3 is less hardware intensive comapred to the AC origins and shadow of war
