Hello, I've got the following problem: I started a live stream in OBS and my FPS dropped by 40-50%. I understand that live streaming should cause a drop in FPS, but even when I turned off the stream, the FPS didn't change at all. That's how it dropped, and the FPS stayed the same.
Even restarting the computer didn't help. I've already tried to fix this error, but it didn't help.
1. reboot PC
2. I completely removed the drivers using the Display Driver Uninstaller program.
3. I downloaded other driver versions and nothing happened, as the FPS was low and it remained that way.
4. Changed the motherboard BIOS version from F4 to F6D
5. I want to say right away that I did not download any miners to my computer, I downloaded OBS from Steam.
