So, for about a week or 2, my OBS has been randomly having fps dips when I am not streaming, it happens when I transition between scenes, it happens when I am streaming and it happens when I am doing, literally nothing, I have uninstalled and reinstalled for OBS, I have done clean installs of my GPU and I have even messed around with debloating my Windows 11 but nothing has made issue stop, the only thing I can really think of that is causing this issue, is when I installed my new NVMe SSD into my second PCI slot on my motherboard, but even then, I am nothing having an issues with my games, since I have them installed on that and none of them are having any issues at all, any advice would be greatly appreciated!
