Question / Help OBS FPS counter low

Hello !
Yesterday I streamed Little Nightmares but there was something weird with the obs FPS COUNTER:

- FPS ingame : ok >60 FPS
- During the stream and VOD - my viewers said stream was great / no lag / drop / good fps
I checked the VOD and everything was ok
- But the OBS fps counter said thing like <30fps and <20fps sometimes during the stream..

I think it was a bug because it only happened in Little Nightmares.
If someone have a idea what happened?

Because you have 2 video cards installed, both are running at pci-e x8 mode.
Because the card OBS is running on is both in pci-e x8 AND already bordering on overloading the pci-e bus at that speed, you're choking off OBS' ability to render frames for encoding.

Removing the second card will allow the main card to run at x16 mode and perform FAR better.

The 4790k processor only has 16 pci-e 3.0 lanes.
