Question / Help OBS Forcing me to use CBR?

I'm not sure why but I have CRF set to 10-15 and bitrate set to 5000 but it keeps changing it to 3500 bitrate and CRF 0 (forced CBR)?

Probably because you have Enforce streaming service settings checked.
