OBS for MAC not picking up the audio output sources connected to my device

I am using OBS studio on mac, I am trying select a extenal speaker as Audio output source, but I couldn't find any of the external audio output sources other than Microsoft teams.

I have my External Headphones, Airpods also connected to my device, I can only see Microsoft Teams Audio

Are there any configuration or changes need to be done in the OBS Studio application itself?

I had almost had the exact problem. (Mac, August, Sony video 8) But I had meter movement in the audio mixer, but still no sound.
I went to edit (at the top)
Advanced audio properties
And then I turned audio monitoring to monitor and outputs
Hope this helps some one. Don't know why it wasn't on. ‍
