Question / Help OBS for kiosk application

I am currently looking for a software that will allow me to display 4 different web pages onto a display so that technicians are able to monitor digital gauges at all times. I've tried finding a "kiosk" software but none of them allow me to crop the windows as OBS does.

So my question is, does OBS have a mode that displays the video back to the host computer? I do not need to stream the video through the internet and just directly to the PC. That way I could make the screen full screen and leave the program running at all times.

Right-click the preview->Fullscreen projector (preview) and choose the monitor you want the preview appear.
If you want the preview appear at program restart, activate Settings->General->Projectors->Save projectors on exit. However, the preview will reappear only, if it was active when OBS was terminated, and there is no function within OBS to lock keyboard and mouse.
