OBS Footage stuttering

Hi, i've been trying to find out the problem as to why my footage has been stuttering/been choppy and can't find anything that works. So help is much appreciated. I have also included the smoothest footage i've been able to get so far

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8400 CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.81GHz
Ram: 16.0GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB

What frame rate is your game displaying, and what frame rate are you recording? Try restricting your game framerate to match the recording rate.
