Question / Help OBS flv mp4 won't render or skim

Hi

I'm new to OBS after spending hours of learning and setting up the software I ran into another roadblock after recording my first video. I can't render the video file when thrown into Premiere...the file would freeze the program. I am able to playback the whole video file via VLC but it won't let me skim thru (would freeze up). I've tried to render .mp4 and .flv and same result. Could it be my bit rate is set too high at 7500?? I have a feeling it has something to do with my output settings any suggest I should try? Thanks again!

Hi

Yes after playing around with the settings I have narrow down the problem to the output settings...The problem lies with the "Apple H264 Hardware Encoder" after changing it to "x264" it solved the problem.
