OBS flickers and freezes when live.

So for a couple of months now I've had a weird issue with OBS where it flickers to a black screen and freezes the preview. Everything else is still running - audio, chat, alerts, and the stream itself but the preview has frozen.
While not a career ending issue, its a bit annoying.

These two text logs happened a few minutes apart from my last stream which I assume is when it occured.

I know it isnt Power supply, GPU, or OBS install related as I've switched out all those things. Any help would be great <3

For anyone who comes across this - it was Se.LIVE pluggin doing it. Removed that and now its fixed.
