OBS flagged as trojan by windows defender

Hi!

Like every week, i decided to make a full scan of my system, and it was weird that I saw a trojan detected. I check where is it and it's coming from OBS. I've read couple of threads about this and most people say it's false positive, however I decided to write here just to make sure it's fine and I shouldn't worry. I unistalled OBS with all the settings and trojan is gone.

Trojan:Win32/Malgent

I can confirm this:

Deleted the file.

[Edit]
After deleting the file, started OBS, circled over the scenes, and then scanned again. All clean.
My guess is this comes from a site I'm no longer use for alerts. Everything else is the same.
