OBS filters out piano during church service

We are using OBS but we are having sound trouble. We are using three very expensive microphones and the mixer shows we are picking up the piano for our hymns, but when we go live on Facebook, the piano sound is blocked out. I wondered if anyone might have any ideas. Our other tech person says it has to be OBS filtering out the piano. Any comments or ideas?? Thanks.
