OBS file cuts off randomly but is still recording?

I recorded some audio using OBS. I remember the start and end time, and I know that I was constantly checking my OBS and it was showing the red dot throughout. However, the output file cut off randomly 49 minutes in- when the logs show that it was recording for 75 minutes. What might be the problem?

I attach the logs below.
