OBS feed keeps freezing

Hi, I'm encountering a problem that I need some help with.

I've been trying to record some gameplay of DOOM The Dark Ages from my Xbox series x and the gameplay in OBS keeps freezing after about 10 minutes. OBS doesn't freeze, just the gameplay feed does. The actual game doesn't freeze either, I'll just look down at OBS and see that it froze on a frame. Sometimes it'll go for about 30 minutes or so but usually it freezes around 10 minutes in.

My laptop is brand new and meets all the specs for OBS and elgato. Nvidia rtx 4060, i7, 16g ram.

I'm using an Elgato hd60x with an Xbox Series X.

I feel like I've tried everything. Disabling HAGs, Process Priority, cqp 20, etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What you describe looks like an issue on the capture card itself. Their support may be of more help.
Also, 16GB of RAM is barely enough. You should go for no less than 32 GB.

And to see if there's another issue within OBS a log file from the moment the problem happens is needed.

Thanks for the help! Here's a log file of one instance when it froze.

I'll look into upgrading the ram and contacting Elgato.

Thanks!

OK, first thing I saw:
Uninstall the malware called mcaffee
If you need to, use DDU to uninstall it and completely remove it leaving no traces of it.

Try a less taxing quality preset when recording. Test it to see how it goes.

Disable HAGS
