Question / Help OBS fails to stream ..... Please HELP

Hello,

I had posted a thread about this problem last week and tried all the fixes in the settings as you suggested. Nothing seems to be working for me. Whenever I try to stream on YouTube, it just doesn't work. The live dashboard keeps saying "Receiving your content" but nothing shows up on the screen. Even if it does show something on screen, its for a few seconds. And now it also keeps crashing while I try to stream. It didn't crash before but now it does.

Please, add OBS Studio's crash logs as well. (%appdata%/obs-studio/crashes)

Try to reinstall vc++ libraries (both x64 and x86)

Also, you may try to use obs32.exe.

Installed VC++, both of them. still no change in the output. tried streaming using both obs32 and obs64.

You crashed dll that is not part of OBS. Application cannot magically changed (obs studio is not a service like win10).

Portable mode didn't help either. Any other suggestions? And the crashes have started just recently. I am having problems with streaming for 2-3 weeks now. Before that, I always used OBS studio and everything was working fine.

Overheat. Or other PC issue from hw to sw.

Since this problem, I have been using Gameshow to stream and its working absolutely fine except for that its using up a lot of my system resources which is making my computer laggy. I just want to use OBS like I am used to. I believe OBS should be able to stream properly when Gameshow is doing a fine job in it.

So.... is there nothing I can do to get it working on my laptop?

Hoping you didn't lose your laptop soon. Bring your laptop to a pro service, ask them to reinstall system and do hw checks. This is my best suggestion to you right now.
