OBS fails to start on Linux

Hi,

I've been trying to run OBS on my Linux desktop, but when it starts up I get a popup-box with an error: "Failed to initialize video. Your GPU may not be supported, or your graphics drivers may need to be updated.". I showed this to our sysadmin, but they were lost as well. I attach the log that is printed to the terminal (startup.txt). Does anyone here have any idea whether OBS won't run on my hardware or whether there is a fix for this?

Thanks a lot,

Eike

You need the gui access, OBS requires access to the gpu which isn't available from a console.

Ah, I see, thanks. So it might work if I'm actually sitting in front of the machine? I attach output of lspci, which might contain more info on my graphics drivers.
