Question / Help OBS failing to opening after startup

So when I start up and try to start OBS, clicking the icon (anywhere) will show the loading cursor but OBS won't launch. The 2nd attempt to launch will launch OBS but it will cause issues, such as the web cam not activating, or activating on the first launch, which didn't launch, and won't de-activate ready for the second launch, meaning my webcam LEDs are on but it's blank in OBS. Meaning I either have to keep rebooting until it works, or unplug and plug back in USB webcam, my webcam is the Logitech C922 if that matters.
