obs failed to create aac streaming encoder

I start up OBS and it crashes, giving me the error message in the title. Full log will be attached, but I think these sections are the most useful:

Help would be appreciated.

Reinstall OBS, you seem to have installed 32 bit ffmpeg DLLs somewhere while trying to use the 64 bit OBS.
