Question / Help OBS failed to connect to server

I've tried connecting to both youtube and twitch with no avail. I installed the AMD relive drivers and tried to stream from there and I think that borked my streaming settings. I've tried a clean reinstall of both the drivers and OBS and I've also tried porting the software through windows firewall with no success. After that I tried changing servers and stream key in OBS with absolutely no luck, anyone have any ideas?

Network
Bind to IP
Set it to Default or your IP4 address

I tried every option on there and that error came up, it's weird because I can twitch stream from my XBONE but OBS can't connect for some odd reason. I tried disabling windows firewall and nod32 and still no go

Check your windows firewall or your antivirus. One of them, or both, is blocking your connection.
