OBS Fail to Start

I have successfully installed OBS. but when I'm trying to run it I get these error message.
Here attached the Error message and Laptop Spec.
Looking for Solution.

Try updating the graphics card and GPU.

Update Display drivers and the chipset drivers please direct from the Intel Website and this will be your next stop

updated. but the issue is not resolve yet. is there any way to get technical support (remote support) from OBS ?
