OBS everytime

Hi everyone, we are using OBS for streaming waterpolo. Everytime, whenwe use OBS has been showen message: OBS has been crashed. Even though recording is turned on, there is no record in the documents. It only records a few minutes and then OBS crashes. How can we fix it?
