Question / Help OBS Error - "Failed to Initialize Video : Unspecified Error" Windows 7

Hello OBS! I am a new OBS user! I got many good reviews about the software and wanted to use it! I Downloaded it and installed it! When i tried to run it i saw a error!
The error was - Failed to initalize Video : Unspecified Error

Your GPU (Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family) doesn't support the required DirectX / OpenGL Version that OBS is using.
Even if your GPU would provide them your CPU would limit you heavily.
