OBS encountered an error - Encoder start error

I have "Lenovo ThinkBook 15 G2 ITL".

Windows Device Manager -> Display adapters:
1. Ctrix indirect display (possiply using for remote desktop)
2. Intel (R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics.

I have "Encoder start error" while starting recording.
I tried to change Capture Method = "Windows 10 (1903 and up)", "DXGI" (during session in logs) - same problem.

How to fix?

is there any way to increase OBS debug level - to have more details in logs?
