Question / Help OBS Encoding Overloaded

I've spent a few days and countless hours on attempting to fix this. here is my most current log file. I've lowered settings super low have it on ultrafast. here are my PC specs
AMD Ryzen 5 1400 -
16GB Memory -
AMD Radeon RX 580 -
1TB Hard Drive - Black
any help much appreciated!!
