Question / Help OBS Encoding Overloaded, please help

Hey people, so, everytime I try to record a video on ROBLOX, using OBS, after around 1m 30sec it decides to shut off, I am really struggling with this, because I want to record a video on this game. It is for YouTube.

Narcogen, by shut off I mean, encoding overloaded is at the bottom left corner and Its not crashing
