Everytime I've tried to record on OBS I get the "Encoding Overload" message, the thing is, I have a fairly decent computer, so this should not be happening. I'm trying to record Destiny 2, which I have done successfully through OBS once, but as soon as I tried to split the audio into separate tracks, the error message popped up

AMD Ryzen 7 1800X Eight Core Processor 3.60 GHz
16GB of RAM
GTX 1080
I'm currently using CBR at 5500 kbps, I've tried using lossless but the colours were all washed out, however it didn't overload.
Any ideas?
