Hello! Recently I have been trying to stream using OBS, but I have been experiencing an "encoding overload" issue. I have tried lowering the video bitrate to as low as 1000, switching between software and hardware for the encoder, changing the encoder preset to ultrafast, and down scaling the output resolution to 1280x720. After trying all of this, I still get an encoding overload issue. The specs on my computer are: 16GB of RAM, Intel i5-7400 processor @ 3.00GHz , and a Radeon RX 570 Series with a memory size of 4096 MB and a core clock of 1264MHz.
