Question / Help OBS encoder set to x264 but streams with h264

For some reason OBS will not stream with x264. I have it set up properly in the settings as I have been streaming with these setting for about a week now and it has been fine until today. I checked the logs and it seems to be set to x264 but streaming with h264.

I have the most current log attached as well as a screenshot of my output settings

I was also able to stream fine after the 18.0.1 update.

x264 and H.264 are the same and it is streaming with x264.
