Hello everyone, I am a new member here and I'd like to report this issue (as seen this thread title above.) I do have a log file to upload here so you guys can discern what's wrong with the Elgato or OBS.
I have a HD60 Capture card and latest update for OBS Studio that was released couple days ago. When I record the Legend of Zelda gameplay using the downscale to 1280x720 30FPS and use Microsoft Life-cam Front using a 1280x720 30FPS, It seems working fine about 5 minutes ago. When the duration reached to 06:00:00 on Studio, the CPU usage went higher and higher in 1 minute sharp until it makes the OBS + Elgato lag very bad in 08:00:00 and I stopped recording to stop the lag so much and still lags so I have to restart the OBS again and it was back to normal.
I was surprised that OBS studio uses up CPU alot on the Elgato, I once set it to "High Priority" on Elgato and didn't help after all. Thank you all and I'm happy to look forward to get an answer soon to solve this case. :)
