Question / Help OBS+Elgato: I got image but no sound

Hello,

I use OBS studio, Elgato Game Capture HD for PS4, Windows 7 in 32 bits.

My obs is capturing the image very well from my Elgato game Capture but the sound from the game is not.
My obs capture the sound from my webcam micro, but not from my game.

I need your help to be able to capture the screen and the sound from my PS4 game.

I know the game capture is well working because when I open my program Elgato in my computer I got the sound and the screen. But When I try with OBS studio, I only got the screen.

Are you recording or streaming?
Do you see a level (green bar) in the mixer next to your Elgato Capture card?

HEllo, I'm trying to stream.
And yes i saw a level mixer in my Elgato Capture.

Then do a recording and check the recording with a GOOD media player (not windows media player)
