Hello, having some issues with audio crackling. This is what's happening: https://youtu.be/kmaAw2YgmRA
I have quite a complicated setup, so I'll explain that part first.
I have 2 PCs:
PC#1 - Gaming PC
PC # 1 has an HDMI cable going from the GTX 1080 to the HDMI Splitter, and 2 display port cables going to 2 of my monitors; main monitor #1, and monitor #2.
Xbox One, PS4, PS3, etc consoles also have HDMI cables going into the HDMI splitter.
PC # 2 is what has the Elgato HD60 Pro capture card inside of it. PC # 2 has 1 HDMI cable going from onboard video to Monitor # 3, dedicated PC # 2 monitor.
PC # 2's Elgato HD60 Pro has 1 HDMI coming into the Elgato HD60 Pro from the HDMI Splitter, and 1 HDMI out going to main monitor #1.
PC # 2 has OBS Studio installed on it, and Mouse Without Borders as well to easily use 1 keyboard and mouse between the two.
So basically, the goal is to capture PC #1 using PC # 2 and the Elgato HD60 Pro. It's working, but there's Audio Crackling. To make sure it wasn't just the audio or video of what I was looking at, I booted up Nioh on PC # 1, and played for a few minutes while I used OBS Studio to record. When I checked the recording, the crackling was in the recording as well.

I turned on monitoring so I could hear the audio from the Elgato in my headphones.
Very basic, here's a crude diagram of my setup:
Thank you.
