Hey!

So I've been using OBS for a few months now and have had no issues. After this recent update, my video capture constantly tells me "one moment please" and will never show my captured ps4 image. I'm on Windows 10 and I have tried:

- Reinstalling El Gato HD60 software
- Restarting multiple times
- Ran program in administrator mode
- Tried multiple USB ports
- Unplugged all cords, waited, tried again

I have never had this issue until recently....Anything else I can do to fix this problem? Has anyone else ran into this error since the latest update? Getting really discouraged and frustrated :(

- Does it work in the Elgato software?
- Have you removed and recreated your video capture device source for the Elgato?
- Does the resolution of the video capture device source match when the Elgato is capturing? For example if your PS4 outputs at 1280x720 then the capture card should be set to match. You should also make sure the PS4 is set to use a single resolution so it doesn't switch between the dashboard and game content.

1) Yes it works perfectly in the software
2) Yes I have done that multiple times
3) This I'm unclear about:
- On my PS4 it says: Output: 1080p/24hz (Automatic)
If that is the case, what should my settings be in OBS?

I appreciate the reply and help!

It's been working fine up until just recently though which is why I'm confused :/

Also, is there anyway to change the 24Hz or is that what is just standard with the TV I purchased and cannot be changed? I don't see any options on my PS4 to change my resolution what so ever.
