As the title states, my OBS eats a ton of resources and I think it has to do with the plugins I use. Any way to know which ones are taking up the resources? Any other tips to optimize? Log attached

Restart your PC always.
Remove the plugins and add one at a time to see how they behave. Probably you want to create a new scene collection without filters to test this.
The more you add the more resources you consume.
Use the Analyzer:

Run the Auto-cofiguration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the setting it gives you. Restart OBS and test.
