OBS Drops my in-game frames as soon as I open it?

As soon as my OBS starts to receive footage from my game (even while no recording is happening) my frames seem to drop from around 80 to 30?

Please help as now my GeForce Experience is broken so I can't record?

Specs:
ROG Asus Gaming Laptop
GPU: Nvidia 3050 Laptop
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5000 series
RAM: 7.4GB as some of my ram is contatly in use by idk what?

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Adding a display capture to your scene will actually severely impact performance, especially when a game capture is already in the scene.
