Obs dropping to 0kb/s

starts the stream and it will be live for everything between 1 min and 2 hours untill it drops to 0kb/s, https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest shows 10k kb/s on all servers and they are around 20-40 ms with 100 quality.
